Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor Sewing at our Wonogiri location. The Supervisor Sewing will oversee and manage the daily operations of the sewing department, ensuring that production targets are met with consistent quality. Responsibilities include supervising sewing staff, coordinating with other departments, monitoring equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing continuous improvements. The Supervisor Sewing will work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards and will be involved in training and development initiatives for sewing staff.
Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in sewing production and garment manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of sewing machinery and equipment
  • Quality control and assurance expertise
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Wonogiri
  • Experience in large-scale garment manufacturing is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is an advantage
